Why select a villa and not a hotel room?
The main reason would be the space, comfort and price. You will experience the privacy and flexibility and flexibility of a home away from home, but at the same time you will find the luxury of a resort.
What's the villa's maximum occupancy?
The villa has 4 bedrooms and it's suited for 8 people to sleep comfortably.
Where is the villa located?
Our villa is located in the beautiful community of Tuscan Ridge on the US-27 and near I-4. It's only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney World. All prices are for the villa, not per person.
How do I make a reservation?
Please send us your inquire and we will quote you a price immediately. After we agree on the price, we are going to be sending you 2 forms: booking form and the terms and conditions of our rental. You will need to fill out both forms and send them back to us, together with your payment (if you arrival is more than 8 weeks away, we require a booking deposit of $250 per week; if your arrival is less than 8 weeks away, we require a fulll payment). After we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
What happens when we arrive?
When your reservation is secured you will receive a confirmation of reservation. Then 2 weeks before your arrival you will receive the check in instructions (driving directions, info about our local management company, alarm code, key lock code...).
The check in time is at 4 pm and departures are no later than 11 am. This ensures that enough time is left between guests to clean and prepare the villa for the next arrival. Any late departures need to be arranged with the owner.
Why should I leave a security deposit?
We collect a security deposit to ensure that our villa and its contents are left in the same conditions as on your arrival. Our management company will inspect the villla before and after your stay. If no damages are found, your security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days.
How secure is the villa?
Our number 1 priority is the safety of our guests. The villa is equipped with security, fire and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher fitted in accordance with Florida state law and it's fully licensed.
Who do we turn to if there is a problem?
We have a local management company for our villa. They are friendly and helpful and if you have a problem thay are on call anytime to help you out. They are responsible to look after our villa and our guests.
