Our villa is situated in the subdivision Countryside at Tuscan Ridge along Highway 27, less than 15 minutes from Disney World

Countryside at Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful development with a nice mix of residential and vacation homes that blend together well to form a really pleasant community. All of the properties are built on larger than normal lots and houses have been offset to improve privacy. Located on Highway 27, just 3 minutes off the main I-4, Tuscan Ridge is perfectly located for all of Orlando's countless attractions. The various routes into the theme parks provided for by Tuscan Ridge's excellent location ensure that you spend less time sitting in traffic and more time enjoying your vacation.

Directions From Orlando Airport: Orlando International Airport Choose the north exit from Orlando International to enter 528 (west). Follow 528 towards Orlando. After passing through two tolls, choose the left lane to enter I-4 west Follow I-4 to exit 55 and enter US Highway 27 (north) After about 3 miles you will find "Tuscan Ridge" on your left. Directions From Sanford Airport: Orlando Sanford International Airport (North west of Orlando) Choose the north exit to enter Lake Mary Blvd (west). Follow Lake Mary Blvd. for about 8 miles and enter I-4 west. Follow I-4 (west) to exit 55 and enter Highway 27 (north). After about 3 miles you will find "Tuscan Ridge" on your left .
